42 Solutions was founded by Devon Kennard, a former NFL player, real estate investor, and Arizona native, with one clear goal: to provide local real estate investors with fast, reliable, and relationship-based lending.
Having experienced the challenges of scaling a real estate portfolio while balancing a full-time career, Devon recognized the need for a private lending partner who could move quickly, structure deals creatively, and deliver with consistency.

Devon Kennard is a former nine-year NFL veteran, real estate investor, and entrepreneur.
He began investing in 2015 and has built a diversified portfolio of residential properties and passive investments. Through 42 Solutions, he now supports other investors by providing private capital structured for speed and execution.
As a Phoenix native, Devon understands the Arizona real estate market and the importance of working with a lender who can make local decisions quickly.
His approach to lending is shaped by his experience as an operator — disciplined, relationship-driven, and focused on long-term results.
