We prefer a 25-30% down payment, as this will provide you with better overall terms. However, depending on the borrower's strategy and property, we can consider a lower LTV (even $0 down) on a deal-by-deal basis. These loans are secured by the property.

This loan type will help the borrower who needs to close fast for various reasons and plans to refinance into a permanent loan within 12 months or less, depending on loan terms.

While we typically prefer a 25-30% down payment, we also recognize that your project's requirements may vary. That's why we're open to considering lower Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios, including even $0 down, on a deal-by-deal basis. These loans are secured by the property.

We prefer a 25-30% down payment on these loans, but depending on the borrower, their strategy, and the property, we can consider lower down payments on a deal-by-deal basis. This loan type is for the borrower who wants 42 Solutions to fund the purchase of the property and the potential renovations of that property as well. In this case, the borrower plans to refinance into a permanent loan within 12 months or less, depending on the specific terms of the loan.

Second Position Loans
