BRRRR. Buying, renovating, and holding for rental income? We can structure a loan that gets you to permanent financing.


Second-position loans. Already have first-position financing and need additional capital? We'll consider second-position loans on the right deals.


Creative structures. Cross-collateralization, higher LTV on strong deals, portfolio financing. If you have a unique situation, bring it to us. We're problem solvers, not box checkers.


How We Work: Fast, Creative, Committed

We're not a faceless fund. We're a local Arizona lender. You work directly with us, you get answers fast, and when we commit to a loan, we get it to the finish line.


We move fast. We recently funded a deal in 2 days. Most loans close in 7-10 days when title is clean and documentation is complete. If it's a good deal, we don't sit on it.


We get creative. Second-position loans, higher LTV on strong deals, cross-collateralization. If your deal doesn't fit a traditional box but makes sense, we'll figure it out.
